The Prologic database support team has gained significant practical experience in major database applications and technologies, including Oracle, CA-Ingres and MS SQL Server. In recent years this team has both developed and provided the on going support and maintenance for several large-scale business critical state government database systems. In offering a managed support service, Prologic has put in place a dedicated support hotline, email groups and Help Desk that allow registration of issues, allocation and escalation of problems. |
